Agreement
By accessing or using SkoolNext ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Account Responsibilities
- ✅ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- ✅ You must provide accurate and complete school information during registration.
- ✅ You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- ✅ You must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, including the DPDP Act 2023.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than school management and education.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform without written permission.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission.
Payment & Subscription
- ✅ Pricing is customized per school based on student count and selected modules.
- ✅ Fees are payable monthly or annually via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
- ✅ All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement.
- ✅ We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
- ✅ Late payment may result in suspension of services after a 7-day grace period.
Limitation of Liability
✅ The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
✅ We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
✅ Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
✅ We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
Service Availability
✅ We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
✅ Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours with advance notice when possible.
✅ We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Termination
✅ Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
✅ Upon termination, you may request a full data export within 90 days.
✅ After 90 days, all account data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active schools of material changes via email or WhatsApp.
