Common questions
Can we collect fees for several months in one receipt?
Yes. You can select multiple pending months for a student and record them as a single payment with one receipt.
Does the software handle advance fee payments?
Yes. Advance payments are recorded against the student and adjusted against future dues in the fee ledger.
Can cashiers be given access only to fees?
Yes. Staff access is permission based, so a cashier can be limited to fee collection without seeing other modules.
What happens when a cheque bounces?
You mark the cheque as bounced and the related dues become pending again. The original entry stays in the history.
