Do we need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Automated messages are sent through the school’s own WhatsApp Business number, which is connected from the settings.
Can we stop a particular type of message?
Yes. Each alert type can be switched on or off by the school.
Can a notice be sent only to parents or only to teachers?
Yes. Every notice has a target audience: everyone, students, teachers or parents.
What if a parent does not use WhatsApp?
The same information is available in the parent login and through app notifications.
